Extra Jam is made from sour cherries harvested at the perfect stage of ripeness and slowly processed immediately after picking, without added thickeners. The result is a rich, natural jam, with 170 g of fruit per 100 g of product, featuring an intense and slightly tart flavor that evokes the ancient tastes of rural tradition. Its versatility makes it ideal for pairing with local cheeses, enhancing the creaminess of gelato, or enriching tarts and sweet tortelli. The first jam in Europe to obtain the P.G.I.
