We are a family-run farm located in Spilamberto, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, where for three generations we have been producing our Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and other typical Emilian products with love and dedication. Every day we carry forward an agricultural vision based on respect for the land, care for the animals, and attention to quality.

A family story, surrounded by nature

Azienda Agricola Passini was born from the experience of a family that has always believed in the value of things done well. Our fields produce the hay that feeds the cows in our stable, ensuring healthy and genuine milk, perfect for obtaining high-quality artisanal cheeses.

Our Parmigiano Reggiano is processed according to tradition and naturally aged to offer an intense and authentic flavor, just like in the past.
