Lambrusco di Sorbara Rosato “Rosae” is the most refined expression of the balance between tradition and modernity. With its soft and luminous pink color, it immediately captivates the eye, while its fine perlage introduces an intense fruity bouquet, where notes of small red fruits and floral nuances intertwine.

The grapes destined for Rosae are selected and hand-harvested early to preserve their freshness and fragrance. After a brief cold maceration of the free-run must, the wine is racked without pressing and undergoes controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a low temperature (16°C), with aging on the lees for 60-120 days to provide complexity and aromatic finesse.
