The result of careful processing and a recipe handed down over time, Salame di Felino IGP is made from a mixture of selected pork meat and fresh pancetta, enriched with an aromatic seasoning that enhances its fragrance. Encased in natural casings, it matures slowly in cool, well-ventilated environments until it reaches the perfect consistency and the soft, delicate flavor typical of this cured meat. To best preserve its quality, it is recommended to hang it in airy places to prevent the formation of unwanted mold. After approximately one month of aging, Salame di Felino IGP reaches its full maturity, offering a unique balance of authentic aromas and flavors.
