These conditions govern the online purchase of food products (including cheeses, wines, jams, and cured meats) offered by Società Agricola Passini through its e-commerce platform.
The products are intended exclusively for adult final consumers residing in Italy or in countries where sales are active.
All products offered are accurately described on the site. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
Product availability may vary: in the event of stockouts, the customer will be promptly notified and may choose whether to wait for restocking, replace the product, or obtain a refund.
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are calculated and indicated before order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (where available).
Payment is considered complete only after confirmation of the transaction by the chosen payment system.
To complete an order, the customer must fill out the electronic form and follow the instructions on the site.
Submitting the order implies acceptance of these conditions.
Receipt of the order will be confirmed via email containing a summary of the products, prices, shipping costs, and customer data.
Shipments are made in Italy (and in any EU countries indicated on the site) via express courier.
Delivery times vary on average from 2 to 5 working days from the moment of payment confirmation.
During periods of high heat or holidays, shipments of fresh products may undergo variations to ensure product quality.
Any delays not attributable to the Company (strikes, weather conditions, courier problems, etc.) do not entitle the customer to refunds.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, with the exception of perishable products (such as cheeses, cured meats, and wine).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written communication via email to passini44@gmail.com.
Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging, and at the customer’s expense.
Once the integrity of the goods has been verified, the Company will refund the amount within 14 working days.
In the event of damaged products or products not conforming to the order, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos and a description of the problem.
The Company will provide, depending on the case, for the replacement or refund of the product.
Società Agricola Passini is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products or from circumstances beyond its control.
