Franco and Daniele Passini, with the collaboration of the new generations, have created a production system where quality is born directly in the field. Their philosophy is based on a simple but powerful principle: “from the hay to the stable”, with meticulous attention to raw materials and the welfare of the animals raised.

Direct management of the entire production cycle allows the company to guarantee milk of the highest quality, perfect for transformation into Parmigiano Reggiano PDO.
